SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free shipping for all orders over $ 60.
We offer the following delivery options: standard delivery, express delivery.
After the confirmation of payment, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
The shipping time is 5 to 6 business days for an express shipping and 10 business days for a standard shipping. Please note that sometimes the delivery will be delayed according to the destination.
We are pleased to inform you that we can ship to worldwide, if your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fee that might be imposed by your country.
Notes: rare possibility: if the parcel lost in transit, the half of the order amount will be issued.

We accept Credit Card(Visa, Mastercard) at the moment.

As for the additional international fees, generally speaking the situation rare happens. But if the fees do required, customers need to pay for it. Hope for your understanding.
We want to remind all customers they are responsible for any local handling fees and Intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm total payment amounts with their local bank. If we have received your payment, we will give you e-mail to confirm. So after you pay successfully, don’t forget to check your email.


PRIVACY POLICY

International Returns & Exchanges
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. If the return is a result of defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise.
Defective Product
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Products Returned After 20 Days
Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 20 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the Returns Policy.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order before the order has shipped or been intercepted by the logistics company. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
